Service Warranty

Nothing is as important as peace of mind, and we at Artisan Swiss Watch Service offer several limited repair warranties according to the level of service that you purchase.

What not to do with your watch – doing any of the following will void your limited warranty and may severely damage your watch:
Expose your watch to oils or solvents or chemicals;
Expose your watch to strong magnetic fields and high temperatures;
Shower with your watch on. Do not expose your watch to soapy, hot, high pressure water;
Wear your watch in a hot tub;
Wear your watch in a sauna;
Leave your watch in the pocket of your clothes and then wash/dry your clothes;
Leave the screw down crown unscrewed and then submerse the watch in any liquid.

Do not perform a quick date change between 9 PM and 3 AM.
It is not recommended to change the date manually if the time currently displayed on your watch is between the hours of 9pm and 3am. The reason for that is your watch could already be in the process of changing its date and by doing it manually, you would for that, taking the risk of causing damage to the mechanism.
Many customers find this confusing, so I usually recommend setting the time to the 6o'clock position then change the calendar. This is the safest position. Crown →Pull step 1(calendar change) →step2 (time setting)
