Service

Before servicing starts, your watch and its movement are examined meticulously by our watchmaker who decides on what, if anything, has to be done. You'll receive a price quota for approval before work starts.

If you have decided not to give the go ahead on the repairs, there will be no charge. Except for a small number of watch brands that charge an estimated refused fee.

Complete Service

Mechanical movements are made up of hundreds of different parts assembled together with painstaking attention to detail. To reduce friction, interacting elements are coated with different types of oil and grease.

With time, the oil between components may thicken and the grease may dry out, reducing the performance of the watch’s movement. If you have not serviced your watch in the last five years or have not worn it for a prolonged period of time, it is recommended that you request this service.

Maintenance Service

Your watch is composed of a mechanical system that may lose precision over time and of gaskets with a limited lifespan. In order to guarantee the water-resistance and the performance of the watch’s movement, it is essential to have your watch serviced regularly 2-3 years.

Polishing Service

Even if you take good care of your watch, scratches or blemishes may still appear on the case or bracelet. We recommend polishing your watch from time to time to recover its original brilliance and shine.

To do this, the watch must be dismantled completely, separating the bracelet from the watch itself to polish each part individually. It is not possible to polish the glass in the same way, as the anti-reflection treatment would be removed. Moreover, other surfaces such as engraved or sandblasted finishes would be harmed by the brush.

Please note that polishing is not a separate service, but an additional option that is only offered together with another service, either maintenance or complete, to guarantee the water-resistance of your watch.
